How it works
For £999, you get 3 x 1:1 90-minute sessions, weekly check-ins and a 60 min follow up evaluation.
In between each tailored session, I will do regular check-ins to ensure you are progressing well with your plans that we set in place in the previous session.
One month after completion of the programme, I will do a follow-up call to see how things are going – to hear all about your success and profitability goals.
ABOUT THE SESSIONS AND PROGRAMME CONTENT
The first milestone we work on, in session 1, is getting clarity.
If you do not have clarity, your business will struggle to attract customers. You will compete on price which adds to stress, leads to burnout and closure.
However, when you have clarity on your offer, you will attract the right customers who will be queuing to pay the right prices and returning often.
The second milestone we work on, in session 2, is implementing systems.
If you do not have any systems or appropriate records, you will be in the dark. This leads to overspending, when you don’t need to. You end up exhausted and overworked, with no cash in the bank.
When you have the right systems you will have an easy way to check where you are at. The beauty of a coffee shop business is that you can make changes quickly, easily and without big expense.
The final milestone we work on together, in session 3, is developing your strategy.
If you do not have strategy, you will be busy firefighting yesterday’s problems while today’s challenges stay untouched and opportunities are missed.
When you have a strategy, you will know what to do each day…each week…and beyond. Together, clarity, systems and a tailored strategy means your business will be making a profit, and giving you time to do more of the things you love.
